<p>I feel I can do (code) the stuff myself, but I needed some of the functions handled (and still do) such as the flash / iPhone app / PayPal interation. However im confident these will be somewhat easy to integrate once im done with the site&#8230; yes, Im dumping the Outsourced code, and start from scratch myself.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m a little behind in designing the finale and complete website - mostly be course its actually a &#8220;big thing&#8221; I&#8217;m doing here..</p>
<p>Well the Chinese contracted coders (CCC) have tried to deliver a &#8220;finished&#8221; phase 1, two times now. However they seem not to be quite as sharp as I would like. No details here, but I&#8217;m most likely to have a full recode/design when the project has been alive for a few months incubation.</p>
<p>The site when finished will deliver digital goods, and as such can be the core for a wide range of projects.</p>
<p>I have used GetAFreelancer.com again, this time to get a NDA and Outsourcing contract done.</p>
<p>Further I have begun collecting material for other markets than the initial project. Freelancers can be used for a lot of things, and one huge thing is Copywriting - I will take a few topics and have some articles written.  for this there are ar few good places like:</p>
<p>http://copyscape.com/   - check that your delivered material isent just a blank copy of somebody elses - this can be used for a vararity of things - like FAQ, EULA, distribution, copyright, terms, agreements - and probably in several languages.</p>

<p>But there is some more work from my hand to be made&#8230; I need to do a 100% design finish. Somehow I thought they could deliver the code without having to see the front/web design finished.</p>
<p>I have seperated this first project into &#8220;technical&#8221; phases. And the Phase 1 is &#8220;baseline&#8221; - the technical background architecture/webdesign. Then theres a flash, payment and delivery, and then the addon applications (facebook/myspace/widgets).</p>
<p>Hopefully the initial launch can happen 01.10.2008, Im staying Optimistic.</p>

<p>urls / folders with products should NOT be: <a href="http://www.site.com/mobile_nokia_1234_blue/">www.site.com/mobile_nokia_1234_blue/</a> becourse the coders of SearchEngines uses _ to call all words for 1 word.. (odd) but use &#8220;-&#8221; to seperate like: <a href="http://www.site.com/mobile-nokia-1234-blue/">www.site.com/mobile-nokia-1234-blue/</a>. This will give 4 keywords in the url.</p>
<p>He said something about a sitemap.xaml.. showing the crawler an overview, but I dident catch if its currently active on Search Engines.</p>
<p>Images should be called &#8220;mobile-nokia-1234-blue.jpg&#8221; instead of &#8220;img2345.jpg&#8221;.</p>
<p>Keywords, dont use &lt;meta keywords&gt; as most engines ignore them, google does, and Nathan Buggia hinted that so does Live.  [ in danish, also read this: <a href="http://www.blog.concept-i.dk/meta-keywords-tags/" target="_blank">meta-keywords-tag</a> ]</p>
<p>&#8220;where the inbound links go, the crawler does too&#8221;</p>
<p>The most important tags in the html:<br />
the link description is a keyword &lt;a&gt;keyword&lt;/a&gt;<br />
&lt;h1&gt; headers (but esp h1) is keywords<br />
&lt;title&gt; is very important<br />
&lt;meta&gt; write an accurate description<br />
&lt;img ALT=&#8221;"&gt; use the ALT to get even more keywords</p>
<p>The &#8220;black box&#8221; unreadables by crawlers:<br />
Java, Javascript, images, css..</p>
<p>If you have a very dynamic site, use a lightweight html page that loads superfast with lots of descriptions, then link to the real contents from this.</p>

<p><span style="color: #808080;">Innovations are copied, leading brands become benchmarks that every other brand mimics, and new standards quickly become the market’s yardstick and formulate consumers’ expectations.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #808080;">Emotional points educate consumers about the product, and that understanding not only promotes drive potential, but also establishes rational points of difference into the product.<br />
The whole notion of brand personality should be extremely difficult to emulate if the personality is founded on a robust platform.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #808080;">In this world of complex purchase decisions the fact that consumers want to feel good about what they purchase or consume should not be ignored.<br />
At its most basic this can be accomplished through advertising, packaging, communications material, etc.</span></p>

These days consumers are expecting more and more from their brands. This is a challenge that marketers must not shirk from or avoid. They should embrace it full on. &#8220;Man måske ikke sige direkte, at der skal mirakler til for, at denne gruppe af truede virksomheder skal overleve. Men de skal igang. Ofte er der tale om ældre virksomheder med en fabrikant i spidsen. Virksomhederne er låst fast i traditionerne og stikker hovedet i busken istedet for at forsøge at ændre på tingene, gøre noget selv eller komme sammen med andre&#8221;.<br />
I den mere positive ende, er det eksempelvis lykkedes 57 procent af virksomhederne at præstere overskud i de tre undersøgte år.</span></p>
<p>Med andre ord, ikke noget nyt under solen - virksomheder der ikke udvikler sig, vil altid blive overhalet.</p>
